Right of Withdrawal
This translation is provided for convenience. The German version is authoritative unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. SteikTech may additionally offer a voluntary 30-day return option for many unused goods.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you received the goods. Special rules may apply to digital content, services or repairs, especially if performance has already begun with your express consent.

Returns, Exceptions and Refunds
Please do not return goods without contacting us first. Returns may be accepted only if the item is complete, unused, undamaged and preferably in its original packaging. Exclusions may apply to custom-configured products, services or repairs already started, and sealed goods after opening. After receipt and inspection, refunds are usually made to the original payment method within 10 business days.
