These terms apply to orders, repair requests and other services provided through the SteikTech website.

2. Products and Services
SteikTech offers technology products, PC components, gaming PCs, repair services and related services. Images and descriptions are for presentation; technical specifications may vary by manufacturer.
3. Contract Formation
By submitting an order, you make a binding offer. A contract is formed when SteikTech accepts the order or ships the goods. A binding repair order is formed only after review and express approval.
4. Prices, Payment, Delivery and Repairs
All prices are in euros. Payment methods, shipping costs and delivery times are explained under Payment & Shipping. Repairs are carried out only after the customer accepts the quote or estimate. Data backup is generally the customer’s responsibility.
5. Withdrawal, Warranty and Liability
Withdrawal information is available under Right of Withdrawal. Statutory warranty rights apply. SteikTech has unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, liability is governed by statutory rules.
