These notes explain payment methods, delivery, shipping costs and the handling of repair devices.

Payment Methods

Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Depending on the offer, payment by card, PayPal, bank transfer or other displayed methods may be available.

Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are stated in euros. Shipping costs, additional costs or return-shipping costs are shown before order completion or communicated before repair approval.

Delivery Area and Times

Delivery is generally within Germany. International delivery is available only if offered during checkout or individually agreed. Custom PCs, spare parts and repairs may require additional processing time.

Repair Devices and Transport Damage

Please send repair devices only after prior agreement. Pack devices securely and remove SIM cards, memory cards, accessories and passwords where possible. Visible transport damage should be reported to the carrier and to us as soon as possible with photos.
